I will never forget Joe,my neighbor the last yrs of his life. We talked about life and Jesus, baseball, the deep heartache of losing close family members, and he told me he thought he would soon be joining them. I trust he is playing baseball,, fishing, just running on the beach with the One who loves him most. He wondered if anyone would cry when he was gone. I did and do. I will miss him.

Joe's in heaven now, joining the family with Jesus. That's where there's no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying, nor any more pain because the old things have all passed away. Everyone is born with an expiration date so let's be ready.

Perry and I knew Joe as neighbors growing up together and through my siblings Tom and Roger and Dori (even our mom Jean and Joe knew each other!). Joe always had a smile and a hello and a hug. Joe's heart was huge. I hope Joe and Mr. Jones are together again. We'll miss you Joe. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Fulton family.

It has been many years since I have seen Joe but our families hung out alot when we were younger and one of many memories that has always stuck with me of Joe is when I got locked in the upstairs bathroom and he climbed up the side of the house (don't know how he did it....with much practice, I'm sure...lol) and helped me get the door open. Joe was a kind hearted person and I will never forget his smile. God bless you Joe!!! My prayers go out to the rest of the family. I love you all!!!

I worked with Joe for 8 years. He was a funny man. A good man. No doubt he will be missed. Wish I could have spent more time with him.

Dear Joe....much loved by family and friends....Good bye for now. It won't be long before our "old" Memorial Day reunion will take place in a far better place, in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He went to prepare a place for us - and He will return to take us to be with Himself, forever.
God keeps His promises.

I grew up with the whole Fulton Family. They practically lived in my backyard. I've known Joe forever. Hope he's not running Jesus over with his dad's lawnmower! In honor of the entire Family, I will drive by your old house on Arden Ave.,today. When I attend my church, Rockford First, on Sunday, I will say a prayer for the entire Fulton clan. Amen.

Oh Joe! What is the world going to do without you? I have known you for over 40 years, and when I didnt see you for a while I was still greeted with the infamous "ehhhh Tiny". Well you just have a good time with all your "Tiny's" up there in Heaven. You will be forever missed, but I am happy for you that you are with so many loved ones, and will have no more pain. Keep an eye on your fam down here, eh? Thanks for all the memories. Annie

All my cousins are dear to me. Joe was a blast, probably because he was the one most like his dad, John Howard Fulton. I straddled the generation. I remember my uncle John when I was a kid. I saw a lot of John in Joe as he grew up. Now, they're together again, face to face with Jesus, (that's a bit intimidating, knowing them) with aunt Rosie, Cynth, Johnny, little Rosie, Grandpas and Grandmas Fulton & Langford and my sister, Carol. What a great time they're having! What a welcome we'll get when we join them!
