STEVEN G. SANDINE, 65 MILTON, Wis. - Steven G. Sandine, 65, of Milton, formerly of Rockford, Ill., died peacefully Sunday, May 15, 2011, at his home. Born Dec. 10, 1945, in Rockford, the son of the late LeRoy H. and Olive B. (Briggs) Sandine. Steve graduated from Rockford Auburn High School in 1963. He married Gloria Jackna and they had two children, Jerry and Tracy. He later married Marcie L. Tomlin on Aug. 1, 1987. Steve worked for several auto dealerships in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. These include Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet, Dvorak Chevrolet, Budweiser Chevrolet and Burtness Chevrolet, where he worked for the last 20 years. Survived by wife, Marcie of Milton; children, Jerry (Sherri) Sandine of Janesville, Tracy (Dan) Helgerson of Rockford, Amy Tomlin and Christopher (Laura) Tomlin, both of Janesville. Predeceased also by brother, Lance Sandine; mother- and father-in-law, Ollie and Buena Draper; sister and brother-in-law, Cherie and Bruce Berling; and brother-in-law, Dean Draper.
