JAMES M. HAILEY, 50 STILLMAN VALLEY - James M. Hailey, 50, of Stillman Valley died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011, in SwedishAmerican Hospital. Born Sept. 26, 1960, in Pekin; the son of Don and Carolyn (Donelson) Hailey. Married Cheryl Roskamp on May 21, 1983, in Manito. James was a graduate of University of Illinois and received his degree in business. He worked for Sundstrand, Danaher, and NCO Financial. James and Cheryl were owners of Hailey's Winery and Vineyard in Byron. Member of Christ the Rock Lutheran Church. Survived by wife, Cheryl of Stillman Valley; sons, Nicholas (Michele) of Rockford and Brennan of Stillman Valley; daughter, Cassie of Stillman Valley; parents, Don and Carolyn Hailey of Morton; brother, Steve (Kathleen) of Sadieville, Ky.; in-laws, Richard and Evelyn Roskamp; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Mark and Tracy Roskamp of Manito and Gary and Jan Kamerick of Elkhorn, Wis.; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Service at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 6, in Christ the Rock Lutheran Church, 8330 Newburg Road, with visitation from 1:30 to 3:45 p.m.; the Rev. David L. Meggers will officiate. Private burial Monday, March 7, in Mouth of Stillman Cemetery, Marion Township, Ogle County. Memorials may be made to the family for two memorials to be established in Jim's name.
