NORMAN HALE, 87 STILLMAN VALLEY - Norman Hale, 87, died Thursday, March 14, 2013. Born September 6, 1925, in Arkansas, to Dave and Lilly (Hollis) Hale. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in World War II. He married Ruthie Tripp who predeceased him in 1989. Norman was fun to be around. He enjoyed little pleasures of life, going to breakfast, watching squirrels and birds, and trips to Missouri to visit with family. He was grateful for the care from his family and daughter Debbie and husband Dario who lovingly took care of him in their home. Survived by children, Larry (Alice) Hale, Debbie (Dario) Nanni, Barbara (Tom) Johnston; grandchildren, Denise (Joe Pierce), Dario (Paula), Clint (Mary), Eric (Sheila), Sherry (Mark), Kim, Tammy, and Keith; 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; siblings; Homer (Alice) Hale, Irene (Robert) Duvall, Dorothy (Glenn) Hartsell, Dimple (Chess) Smith. Predeceased by parents; daughter, Anita; grandchildren, Sandra, Dave, Steve; siblings; Bradley, Organdion, and Elton and Allen. Service at 12 p.m., Monday, March 18, 2013, at Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory, 4311 N. Mulford Rd. Visitation from 11 a.m. until time of service. Entombment at Sunset.
