Ronald Lee Ludwick, age 64, of Meridian, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Providence Hospital in Waco.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2013, at 4:00 P. M. at the White Rock United Methodist Church at 1450 Oldgate Lane, Dallas, Texas 75218.

Born in Dallas, Texas on March 14, 1949 to Jimmie Lee and Johnnie Fern Evans Ludwick, Ronald grew up in the Dallas area and graduated from Bryan Adams High School. After high school graduation he attended college at North Texas State University in Denton. He worked for many years as a home renovataor and other construction projects in the Dallas Metroplex area. In 1980 he moved to Ruidoso, New Mexico where he continued his trade and became a licensed real estate agent. In 1997 Mr. Ludwick married Nora Bray in Ruidoso and in 2002 he and his family moved to his family ranch, near Meridian. Always active in community and volunteering, Mr. Ludwick was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Episcopal Church in Laguna Park; a member of the Clifton Rotary Club, the Meridian Chamber of Commerce, and worked for the Bosque County Republican Party.
His loving survivors include his wife, Nora Bray Ludwick, of Meridian; son, Ronald Virgil Ludwick and wife, Tiffany, of Killeen; mother, Johnnie Evans Ludwick Maddison of Dallas; sister, Linda Hand and husband, Bruce, of Dallas; brother, James Ludwick and wife, Karen, of Plano; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
