His work with McKesson Drug Co. took them all over the United States and Anne commented once that she was a "corporate gypsy," referring to his many transfers to the four corners of the country. But she chose to retire in her home state of Vermont where she enjoyed reading, following the financial news, and watching British and detective shows. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Thomas J. Henry in 2001, her second husband Theodore C. Ashley in 2004, and her siblings Paul B. Boyce, Sylvia (Boyce) Murphy, and John J. Boyce. Many thanks to her close friends Joan Laporte, Joanne Conley, Sandy White and Veronica Platt for their constant support especially over the past few months. And to the Vermont Respite House in Williston for the great care and attention she received during her stay. She was loved by all who knew her and she will be greatly missed. There will be a private committal of her ashes at a later date.
