Todd M. Dimick

CASTLETON - Todd Michael Dimick, 53, died Dec. 24, 2012, at Rutland Regional Medical Center.

He was born Oct. 28, 1959, in Rutland, the son of William H. and Elizabeth (Marcy) Dimick Jr.

He graduated from Fair Haven Union High School in 1978.

Following graduation, Mr. Dimick enlisted in the U.S. Army, was honorably discharged in 1982 and served in the National Guard until 1985.

He was employed by Rutland Plywood Corp.

He enjoyed tinkering with engines, especially cars and lawn mowers.

Survivors include his mother of Castleton; two sisters, Lori-Anna Mason of Castleton and Sherie Curtis of Burlington; three brothers, Scott Dimick of Warnerville, N.Y., Mark Dimick of Poultney and Dale Dimick of Castleton; several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Dimick was predeceased by his father in 1966.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at the Durfee Funeral Home, 119 North Main St., Fair Haven.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at the funeral home, followed by a reception at Bomoseen Grange.

Burial will be at a later date in Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph Center.
