Elsie and family, I am very sorry for your loss. I knew Jim as a dedicated town father; he was involved in many boards over the years. Jim should be the example for all of us in town, as to civic duty! We will miss Jim!!

Mom is so very sad to hear of Jimmy's passing. She is remembering when Jimmy lived with her and Dad down on the island in West Townshend. He was a student at Leland and Gray. He was a very good card player as he always won. Actually, the winner had to make the coffee and they made sure he won. He remembered this also. Recently, as he was leaving my Dad's service, as he started up the stairs he turned and said "I'll put the coffee on..". love and hugs to the family from Aunt Marion and Carol

Jim was truly a fighter in the face of adversity. I find comfort in knowing he died very peacefully, and I hope you all do, as well. My thoughts are with you, and sending you all big hugs. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your lives. (XO)
