CAVENDISH - Kimberley Elizabeth Worden-Ryan, 60, died suddenly on Sunday, May 29, 2011, at her home in Cavendish.

Kimberley was born on October 1, 1950, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, daughter of Robert H. and Margerate R. (Spranger) Ryan.

Kimberley graduated from Pekin High School in Pekin, Illinois, in 1968. She attended Cottey College in Missouri and the University of Hawaii.

Kimberley married her soul mate and the love of her life, Dale Worden, at the stroke of midnight, January 1, 2000. Together, they enjoyed traveling, motorcycling, gardening and going to the theatre.

Kimberley also enjoyed crocheting and cooking. Kimberley had a great love for animals. She adored her church family at the St. James Methodist Church in Proctorsville. She lived by the words Live, Love and Laugh. Kimberley had a huge heart and so many friends that meant the world to her.

Survivors include her adoring father, Robert H. Ryan of Oklahoma; one brother, Robert S. Ryan of Oklahoma; three stepdaughters, Sheila Roby and Jill Colburn of Cavendish, and Amy Worden of New Hampshire; five grandchildren, Calvin, Caleb, Colie, Rebecca and Abigail; a nephew, Robert, and a niece, Cydney.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Dale Worden; adoring mother, Margerate Ryan; and a grandson, Austin.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 12, 2011, at The St. James Methodist Church in Proctorsville and officiated by Rev. Ken White.

A reception will follow downstairs of church immediately after service.
