Rocky was our insurance agent for over 40 years; and he was a friend. We are sorry we could not come to the funeral, we were out of town and have just now heard of his passing. Rocky, you were the best, and we will definitely miss you a lot.

The Rocky I got to know through 20 years at The Capital Athletic Club was always kind and gracious. He treated the staff with a kindness and courtesy that are becoming less common. While he had to give up his basketball a few years back, he still would stop in and visit his buddies on the court. The Club will miss his wit and his smile. Our memories will all be of the friend who went out of his way to make others feel good. May God's blessings be with his family in these troubling times.

Rocky was a faithful member of The Capital Athletic Club since 1994. We will miss him! He loved working out and played lots of basketball though the years. He was always kind to all the club staff. I always received my annual calendar from Rocky. Loved Rocky! God Bless your family.

It was a shock to hear about Rocky. He was fun to play poker with and provided lots of laughs for many years. I, along with many others that played with him, will miss him - a private enterprise guy - as he would say.

Rocky was really competitive at playing basketball and I enjoying playing with him at the YMCA 15 years ago. We would meet at lunch time and Rocky was always there ready to play. He didn't care what size you were he would still try to guard you. So from one Rocky to another Rocky you were a fun guy to play with and against. I haven't seen you in a while and I will miss you, my friend.

I got to know Rocky in the 1990's as a basketball player at Capitol Athletic Club. Rocky wasn't much of an athlete, to be honest, but he should shoot the ball. He got the most out of his skills and was a fun guy to be around. As time went by I got to know him better and selected him as my insurance agent. He was a good and trusted friend and will be missed greatly.
