BAGINSKI, Eleanore M.
Born January 1, 1917 in Holdingford, MN, the 9th of 13 children, went home to be with the Lord, January 1, 2013 at the age of 96. Eleanore is the beloved mother of four surviving children, grandmother of 10, Great-grandmother of 18, and Great-Great grandmother of 6. As a single parent, she was hard-working and entrepreneurial, having owned and operated a grocery store in Fairbanks, AK and two separate restaurants in the Sacramento area during her working life. The greatest legacy that she leaves behind is that she loved much. Eleanore possessed a passionate concern for the eternal souls of everyone with whom she came into contact. Many, including each of her children, friends, extended family, and even strangers were brought to Jesus by her evangelistic zeal. The world has lost a saint. Her children, including Rheta Dinucci, Joe Baginski, Mike Baginski, and Kathi Wilson, may miss her in this life but we will see her in the next. On January 21, 2013, at 1:30PM, a memorial service is scheduled to be held at Arcade Church, 3927 Marconi Ave., Sacramento, where Eleanore was a member for nearly 40 years.

Great memories of laughter and such charismatic concern for our salvation and well being.
Even though time has swept by without us being together in recent years our feelings of love are still strong.
Aunt Eleanores life touched our family in many ways...she has made a difference and a place in our hearts forever.
Until we are united again sweet aunt

I was so sad to hear of your passing, I will remember the great memories I have when you came to see us in WA when Grandma Rooney was still with us. We played cards and laughed so hard during a game of dirty neighbor :) We will miss you.

My love to you great aunt Eleanore. My memories of my young years are never going to be forgotten. You and grandma Rooney were so funny when we would play cards together. You always tried to peek at Grandma Rooney's cards to give us hints...so we could make her lose. I know your Faith was everything just like it was to Grandma. I hope you are sitting at the table with her now playing a great hand of old maid !!! Love Melissa

So many times I was able to look across a room and see Eleanore praising God in the midst of His saints here on earth. I rejoice in the thought of her praising Him with those who sit around His throne in heaven. I look forward to joining her there one day and praising Him together once again!

She was my best friend. Her love of life and enthusiasm for the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ lives on in each one of her children. She was the matriarch of our Baginski Family. We will see you again soon momma, but, until then, we will live life with God as our guide and our Lord. Thank you for being such a prayer warrior, and for specifically praying for each one of us, your children, and grandchildren, and so many, many more. While I am sad that you have left us, I know without a doubt you are so very happy and are no longer suffering from the postherpetic neuralgia (shingles). God loves you Mom, and so do I!!!
