Cecil was the best man and Manager I have ever know. He hired me for my first full time state job on the spot. He was a very loving and wonderful person. Although I have never met his partner he spoke very fondly of you and I knew he loved you very much. I am truly sorry for your loss as I lost my husband 2 years ago. Take care of yourself.
