They are together again.
Born December 11, 1925 in Okemah Oklahoma. Passed away at the home of his daughter Kathy Baker, with whom he lived, of congestive heart failure. Bob was cared for by his daughter Kathy Baker and his grandson Christopher Baker. He would not have lived as long or as comfortable without their love and care. His numerous family members were blessed to be at his side at the time of his passing.
Beloved son of Butler Baker and Elsie Lenore Baker who preceded him in death; survived by daughters Linda Ladyman (Paul), Joyce Baker (daughter Michelle), and Kathy Baker (Beaster), sons Butler Baker (Jo), Lance Baker (Renay); he is now reunited in death with his beloved wife Teresa Baker, his daughter Eva Kollman, son Robert Baker Jr and brother Wes Baker. He is also survived by his 10 brothers and sisters and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Bob was a proud Muscogee Creek Indian. He was a veteran of WWII
, Korea and Vietnam and his family was extremely proud of his service to his Country. Bob enjoyed life to the max and always looked for a new adventure, especially loved to watch the Redskins, NHRA, bull riding and he loved to travel. He was a member of VFW
Post 1267.There is a Memorial Service scheduled for Bob Friday, March 7, 2:00 at Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Blvd, followed by a reception at VFW Post 1267 at 7576 Stockton Blvd. Interment will be private.
The family would like to also thank Kaiser Hospice for their care and support during the last days of his life.
