Larry HUNSINGER Obituary

HUNSINGER, Larry Paul
March 5, 1936 - March 8, 2011
Born and raised in Berwick, PA, son of Hazel Stout and Paul Hunsinger. He is survived by his son Steven Hunsinger, daughters Lauri Hunsinger and Susan Coyle, grandsons Christopher Coyle and Jacob Coyle, son-in-law Todd Coyle and daugher-in-law Nancy Hunsinger and dear friend Barbara McNeil. Larry served faithfully and honorably was retired from the United States Air Force 1955-1976 as air traffic controller. He retired from Sacramento Army Depot in 1992. Larry enjoyed the outdoors and traveling. His passion was planes and cars. He was a member of the Flyer R.C. Club and Classic Corvair club. Larry was a great historian and conversationalist; he made friends everywhere he traveled. Larry was a jack of all trades and a perfectionist at everything. Larry spent a great deal of time with his children and grandchildren whom he adored and loved dearly. His stories, creativeness and love instilled in them will live on for years to come. He was a beloved father and grandfather and will be missed greatly. Friends are welcomed to the Memorial Services and reception on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Green Valley Mortuary and Cemetery, Green Valley and Bass Lake Roads in Cameron Park.
