I believe Leon was the first black person to join Park Terrace Swim and Tennis Club in Sacramento. The club is having a 70 year anniversary and I would like to have Leon´s name mentioned as the first Black family to join the club. He also won the singles tournament many times but the club didn´t keep records that far back. If the family has that information, please contact me so it can be included in the information. I knew Leon in early 1980´s when my family joined the club.
