A very, very special person. We will miss her wonderful smile. Tony, our thoughts are with you. I knew Jo Ellen loved you when I heard she bought you several dozen Prov-1's. Love you, Kevin.

Mrs. Pulliam was my daughter's 1st grade teacher a few years ago. She was a wonderful teacher. My daughter remembers her dressing up her car as a reindeer for Christmas and the Yoda statue in her classroom. She will be dearly missed by our family and our thoughts and prayers are with her loved ones.

Jo Ellen was a cherished childhood friend. We attended Caleb Greenwood School together and I have very vivid memories of walking the streets of River Park to reach her home. There was always much anticipation because the Mori home always seemed so full of serenity and love. As a child, Jo Ellen had such a sweet, serene, quiet spirit. I loved being in her home and I loved being with her. I have many memories of play days, slumber parties, birthday parties and school events. She was a special little girl and, although I had not seen her since high school, I know she was a special woman who touched the hearts of many, just as she touched mine so many years ago. May the loving arms of Jesus hold her close and may her family find comfort in knowing that she lives on in the memories of all those whose lives she touched. I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to know her.

She was the best person I ever knew and cannot believe she loved me so unreservedly.

Jo Ellen was a wonderful friend and teacher, who we enjoyed knowing since the early 1990s at Birch Lane Elementary. Her students adored her, and loved her gift of music. Our now grown son Ross, long ago in Jo Ellen's second grade class, still remembers her many classroom pets - including the parakeet, the rats, the dwarf hamster (who spent a few weekends in our home), and especially the bunnies - which snuggled in Ross's coat laid out as a bed for them on the floor as he did his school work. Always a person who could make anyone's day a happier experience, Jo Ellen will be dearly missed.

I heard that Jo Ellen was quite ill about 6 months ago. She was a high school friend, we dated her senior year at Sac High. I am sad to hear of her passing. Jo Ellen, may you rest in the strong arms of Jesus forever. Mike Seto
