'Donna' Rae
Passed away suddenly April 19, 2013 at the age of 55 in Sacramento, CA. Donna was born August 9, 1957 in Flagstaff, Arizona to Ralph Ingle and Elaine Kohlbaker and was a graduate of Elk Grove High School, and studied Criminal Justice at Sacramento City College. Donna was retired from AT& T after 31 years of dedicated service. Donna had a love for the important things in life: God, family, friends and of course shoes. She always had a great story to tell, would do anything for anyone, including a stranger and loved to laugh.

Donna is survived by her children: Tracy (Troy) Holman, Keri (Dale) Sassman, David B. Morgan; her brothers and sisters; Michael (Norma) Kohlbaker, Steven Kohlbaker, Daniel Ingle, Candace Williams, Ralph Ingle, Diane Moseley; the father of her children and dear friend David J. Morgan; many nieces and nephews, 3 grandchildren and loving friends. Her parents Frank and Elaine Kohlbaker; her sister Gerri Lee Ingle and brother Bruce Kohlbaker, preceded her in death.

A celebration of her life will be held May 9, 2013 at Frasinetti's Restaurant (7395 Frasinetti's Rd, Sacramento) at lpm
