Linda RANSLOW Obituary
RANSLOW, Linda M. (Balliet)
Linda was born in Lodi, California, on June 6, 1952, and passed away in Elk Grove, California, on July 26, 2012. Linda worked with Caltrans for 30 years and enjoyed being surrounded by loved ones and friends. In her spare time she liked to sew. She will be deeply missed and be in our hearts forever.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Peggy Balliet, and sister, Donna Taggart. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Randy Ranslow; sons, Kevin (Erin) Ranslow, Greg (Jamie) Ranslow, and Shawn (Pamela) Ranslow; grandsons, Blake and Landon Ranslow; and her brother, Steve Balliet.
A Memorial Service will be held August 1, 2012, at 1:00 pm at the First Baptist Church, 8939 East Stockton Boulevard. Linda will be laid to rest in Meadow Ridge Cemetery in Faribault, Minnesota.

My pal, Linda, was a quiet, modest, giving-of-herself, loving woman. She was a genuinely sweet person. Linda was an expert seamstress, sang in her church's choir for many many years, and loved the Lord and her family with all her heart. The Lord took her from us too soon - He must have been in need of another sweet angel. I will forever remember and miss my pal.

Linda was a dear friend and co-worker for many years at EDD. I'm shocked and saddened to hear of her passing. My deepest sympathy to her family.

I worked with Linda at Caltrans Personnel. I have never met such a sweet, unjudgemental person. She always had time to help me with any problem I might be having and was always there for her staff. Linda never said a bad word about anyone. She spoke of the love she shared with her family and couldnt wait to retire so she could spend more time with them. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. May God Bless and Keep her close.
