Margaret Catherine Corcoran Fischer, was born in Sacramento CA on July 23, 1927 and died September 3, 2013. Margaret was survived by her sister Virginia North, stepson Jerry Fischer, daughter Mary Fischer Mosqueda and son Carl Fischer. Margaret had six grand children and two great grand children. Margaret was an artist and musician. Margaret played the trumpet with the River City Band until strokes damaged her vision. Margaret was a dedicated teacher of music and drama at Casa Roble HS for 20 years. A "Celebration of Live" Memorial service will be held on Saturday October 26, 2013 at 10:00 am at Divine Savior Church at 9079 Greenback Lane, Orangevale, CA 95662. The family requests no flowers, please make any donations to your favorite music or drama group in memory of Margaret C. Fischer.
