lost his battle to cancer on July 11, 2014 in Folsom, CA. Bob was born in Tulsa, OK on July 8, 1947, he lived in the Sacramento area for many years, with the last 32 years in El Dorado Hills. Bob served in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam era. He worked for Luckys/Albertsons Grocers for 38 years. He was a talented fabricator and built many classic award-winning cars. His wife of 35 years, Doreen survives him, along with his son Ron (Tina) and grandchildren Kayla and Cody Barton. His son Jeff predeceased him. He was a member of the Sacramento Hot Heads Car Club and the Granite City Cruisers and many national car organizations.
