Robert Morrison

MORRISON, Robert Lloyd Robert Lloyd Morrison born in Boston, MA, on January 15, 1938, passed away on June 21, 2014, in Fair Oaks, CA from complications of cancer. He was surrounded by family and best friend. He is survived by his beloved wife Carol Faye of 47 years, son Lloyd Scott and wife Amy, grandsons Sloan and Jake; son Michael Todd and wife Angie, grandson Michael Todd, Jr. and granddaughter Makailuh May; and daughter Heather Edlund, grandson Ian Edlund; brother Kenneth and wife Sam; nephew Keith, nieces Bess and Dory; and best friend Joan McDermott. Robert (Bob) graduated in 1956 from Millis high school, Millis, MA. He served with the US Air Force from 1958-1979 retiring with the rank of Msgt, serving 19 years with the AFTAC organization followed by 14 years as a civilian, equipment specialist, US department of the Air Force, Mcclellan AFB, CA. He is a member of the Carmichael Elks 2103, Harding San Juan Lodge 579, Scottish Rite Valley of Sacramento, and Ben Ali Shriners, Sacramento. A memorial service will be held at the Carmichael Elks, 5631 Cypress Ave, Carmichael, CA on July 11 at 1 p.m. followed by reception.
