MOON, (Hurff) Ruth L.
Ruth was born Ruth Louise Fowler on 9/9/18 to Horace & Olga Fowler in Washington D.C. She died peacefully in her sleep in Citrus Heights, CA on 12/23/12. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Hurff and her second husband, Rod Moon. She is survived by her children, Ruth Sinclair (Jim), Edward Hurff (Jeri), Barry Hurff (Diana), Nancy Novotney (Don), Michael Hurff (Karen), 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. After raising her children, she graduated from college and received a BA in Art in 1997 at age 79. She was active in Eastern Star, the alter guild and choir at the Advent Luthern Church, the Red Hatters, and MOAA. Ruth wasdearly loved and will be missedby all who knew her. In keepingwith Ruth's wishes, a private family funeral was held on 12/27/12.
