MANN, William H.
74, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2013 after a lengthy illness. Bill was born April 14, 1938 in St. Louis, MO. His career spanned over 40 years of refinery work at several Bay Area locations. He had various job responsibilities throughout the refinery industry. His greatest ac- complishment was as a Safety Officer. In 1995 Bill semi retired to the Calif. foothills where he enjoyed golf, fishing, and volunteering his time as leader of the Pleasant Valley Grange. He is survived by his wife Ivy L. Mann; children Karen Mann, Linda Martinez (John), Terry Quintero (Tony), and Brian (Michelle), Kenneth, and Dawn Gillaspy; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grand- children; and younger brother Robert Mann of New Athens, IL. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Wed., Jan. 30 at Connolly and Taylor in Martinez.
