 Passed away February 15, 2012 at the age of 51 from complications in her long and courageous battle against metastasized breast cancer. She will be remembered for always thinking about the needs of others and her ability to make lasting friendships. She worked tirelessly for 28 years as a Human Resources Manager with different public sector agencies, the last being the State of California. Beloved wife of 19 years to Dean P. Chang. Devoted mother to son Christopher. Also survived by her father, mother, and brother, Art, Judy, and Gary Chin and many uncles, aunts and cousins. Born December 26, 1960 in Boston, Mass. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 22 at 10 am followed by funeral services at 1pm at Lind Brothers Funeral Home, 4221 Manzanita Avenue, Carmichael, CA 95608.
