MACHADO, Lydia Ramos
Lovingly known as Mom, Nana, Big Nana, and Nana with the dogs, went to heaven on May 10, 2012 surrounded by those that loved and cherished her. She was born on August 21, 1930 in Manila, the Philippines. She was preceded in death by her brothers, sister, parents and her husband Virgil F. Machado. She is survived by her 9 children who loved her so very much: Rodrigo, Julie, Melinda (Kevin), Rachel (Tim), Michael, Margaret (Paul), Ramon, Mario (Lisa), and Frank (Cecelia); her 10 grandchildren (Tito, Lydia, Pancho, Brianne, Johnny, Mikey, Rachel, Zero, Zaeryus, and Isabella); and her 6 great-grandchildren (Gabriel, Alina, Isiah, Alyssa 'AJ', Chloe and Chase); her most beloved Coco and numerous family friends. MOM, losing you is one of the hardest things we have to face. The house is empty and many of us are at a loss as to what we should do next. Please dont worry - somehow and someway all these problems will solve themselves. We will miss your laugh, your touch, our visits, and all the poignant and amusing conversations. A million thanks for the memories you made with each one of us. They will bring comfort during those quiet moments when reality reminds us that you are gone. As you watch over us Mom, please know WE WILL ALL BE OKAY! Visitation services will be held Monday, May 14, 2012 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. with recitation of the rosary at 7:00 P.M. all at River Cities Funeral Chapel in West Sacramento, CA. Private inurnment.
