MORRIS, Esther E.
Esther was born April 15, 1916 in Wausau, Wisconsin. She was baptized the same year on May 28th in Trinity Lutheran Church and confirmed there on March 24, 1929. She graduated from Wausau High School in 1934 & worked at Marathon Electric till WWII ended and she went to Los Angeles and worked at the J.W. Robinson Department store. Was married to Ralph Steele in 1946. After several moves the family moved to Sacramento in 1957. They had three children. She worked for the California State D.M.V. and retired in 1980. She married Harry Morris in 1972. She is survived by her 3 children: Lynda (companion Douglas Roberts), Dane, and Cindy, 3 sisters, one brother, step-daughter Betty Jane and her children: Amy, Chris, and Erick. Predeceased by husband Ralph E. Steele and stepson Rue Steele. Visitation will be held on Thurs. June 14th from 4-8pm. Funeral Service held on June 15th at 1:30pm. Both services held at Mt.
