FONG, Bik M.
Bik was born on April 3, 1933 in Canton, China and passed away peacefully in the presence of her children on June 12, 2012, at the age of 79. She was preceded in death by Buck, her beloved husband of 42 years and her firstborn son, George. She is survived by her daughter, Georgia, and sons, Buck, Kelly and Chris (Myra). She is a proud grandmother to Wendy, Angela, Christian, and Matthew, and great-grandmother to Shayleen. Bik was a devoted wife, hard-working housewife, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She lived a simple life but enjoyed travelling with family and friends, trying her luck at the casinos, shopping and having lunch with her lady friends. She loved going out to eat with her family. Her favorite meals included prime rib and delicious seafood such as lobster, crab, oysters and scallops. She also enjoyed trying out new restaurants. She will be sadly missed by all. The family wishes to extend special thanks to 'Yan Wong' for all her help during the final days. Family and friends are welcome to attend visitation on Sunday, June 24 4:00-6:00 PM at George L. Klumpp Chapel of Flowers, 2691 Riverside Blvd., Sacramento, CA and the funeral service on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 11:00 AM at East Lawn Memorial Park Chapel, 43rd Street and Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, CA.
