TORRES, Joe C.
Born on 8/21/1929 in Los Angeles and passed away peacefully on 6/15/2012 in Sacramento. Preceded in death by parents, Joaquin & Eufrasia Torres and sister Mercedes. Survived by his loving wife, Teri Torres, children John (Debbie) Magno, Chris Torres, Aileen (Floyd) Torres, and Laura (Manny) Contreras. Also survived by his brother Guadalupe (Helga) Torres, including family member, Gloria Torres. Joe leaves behind 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends. He will truly be missed. Rosary will be held on 6/21/2012 at 7 p.m. at St. Rose Catholic Church, 5961 Franklin Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95824. Memorial mass also at St. Rose on 6/22/2012 at 12 p.m., reception to follow. Burial will be at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon at 10:30 a.m. on 6/25/2012.
