Gwendel Joyce Johns (Coleman) was born February 15, 1947 in Stockton, CA. to proud parents, Mr. Jesse D. Johns and Mrs. Selma Lee Johns. Gwendel departed this earth on June 12, 2012 in Sacramento at the age of 65; leaving behind her husband of 41 years, Michael J. Coleman; her only child, Deitra Coleman; two grandchildren Duane and Dierre; and a host of loved ones. The viewing will be held Thursday, June 21 2012 from 10am to 5pm at Jesse E. Cooley, Jr. LLC (640 N. Calif Ave Stockton CA, 95205). Funeral services will be held Friday, June 22, 2012 at 11am in the New Life Worship Center (49 South Wilton Way, Stockton, CA 95205). At this time, family and friends can send condolence offerings to the Jesse E. Cooley funeral home.
