SOLGAS, Charles 'Terry'
Born January 23, 1947 and passed away at the age of 65 on July 2, 2012 in Folsom, CA. Terry was a proud Vietnam veteran, retired police officer and detective specializing in youth programs of the Folsom Police Dept for 28 years. Beloved husband of 19 years to Jan Solgas. Terry will be greatly missed by his mother Ruth Solgas, his children, Heather (Michael) Mann, Anthony Solgas, Holly (Stephen) Reese, Tracy (Chris) Lindloff, Scott (Elva) Manor, Michelle Bruno and Jennifer Manor. Forever remembered by his grandchildren Tyler, Baby Reese (to be born August 19, 2012) Pete, Giuliano, Courtney, Andrew, Jessica, Christopher, Brooke, Josie and his nephews and niece. Terry will also be missed by his three sisters Jeanette, Kim and Sandy. Preceded in death by his father Norm and brother Mark. He will be forever loved and missed by all who knew him, especially his Police Brothers at the Folsom Police Dept. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday July 7 at 1pm at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church at 307 Montrose Dr in Folsom and a burial service on Thursday July 12 at 10am at the Sacramento Valley VA National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, C. Remembrances in 'Terry's' name can be made to the Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church in Folsom.
