Willis Braxton Bonner, born May 7th, 1933 in Exeter, CA passed away peacefully at home on July 15th, 2012 in Citrus Heights, CA surrounded by loved ones. He is survuved by his loving wife Joyce Bonner, children Mark, Matt and Gina Bonner. Step children Rona Hullen, Ron Vesci Jr and Robert Barnett. Sister Judy Brown and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Manda Bonner and brother, Gary Bonner. "Brack" served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and continued on to be part of the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department for 34 years, retiring as Captain in 1990. He enjoyed watching and playing football, and camping with his best friend Larry "Red" Leitzell. He will be missed and remembered forever by family and friends. A gathering will be held on a later date. Family and friends will be notified. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Bruce Verhoeven Foundation and Personalized Home Care.
