Manuel LaForm, born in El Paso, TX September 18, 1923 passed away in Sacramento, CA July 23, 2012. He was 88 years young. Survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Ofelia, 6 children: Jim (Debbie), Rose (Weldon), Michael, Richard (Daisy), Carol (Jeff), Gloria, 25 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren. He honorably served his country as a radio operator/gunner in a B-24 Liberator during WWII fighting in the Pacific Theater and worked at McClellan AFB for 30 years. An avid SF Giants and 49ers fan, he loved trips to see his teams play or sit with family to watch on TV. A resident of Gardenland since 1955, he will be missed by many friends and his family. Friends are invited to attend Visitation Tuesday July 31, from 2:00P.M. to 4:00P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00P.M. both at North Sacramento Funeral Home, 725 El Camino Ave. and a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, August 1, at 10:00A.M. at St Joseph Catholic Church, 1717 El Monte Ave. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery.
