
NORD, Julie Lundahl
Passed away peacefully after her battle with cancer on Sept 9, 2012. Born Feb. 5, 1936, in Logan, UT to Ezra & Leatha Lundahl, her siblings include: Lauralee Ercanbrack, Palma Madsen, Cordell and Jim Lundahl. Julie attended Utah State University to study elementary education, joined Alpha Chi Omega, and married the love of her life, Odell Nord, on Sept. 12, 1957, in the LDS Logan, Utah Temple. With five children and a home full of love, laughter and boundless energy, her abundant talent also created Chantilly, design, weddings and events for over 40 years in Sacramento. Her attention to detail made everything beautiful. She is reunited with her sweetheart, Odell. She will be missed by her children Michael Nord, Kevin Nord, Jennifer Howard, Allison Nord, Angela Smith and their spouses, along with 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She is forever in our hearts as the greatest example of daughter, mother, grandmother and friend anyone could ever have. Visitation at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept 22, 2012, with Funeral services at 10:00 a.m. at the LDS Church on 3430 Mission Ave., Carmichael, CA 95608.
