'Charlotte' Garcia
Carlota 'Charlotte' Garcia Almendariz, passed away at the age of 96. She is predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Frank; and her 2 sons. She is survived by her daughter, Gloria. Her service will be held on Mon. Oct. 8 at 12pm at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane, in Fair Oaks.
