READE', Matthew Loren
Matt to his friends, passed away on Friday, October 5, 2012. He is survived by his parents Michael and Louise Reade', his siblings, Michelle (Jeremy) Young, Mercedes (Daniel) Riggleman and Malinda (Jason) Hunt and his grandmother, Mary Reade', as well as nieces and nephews Alexandria, Breanna, Natasha, and Krystina Young and Ethan and Eric Hunt, an Uncle David Reade' and numerous friends. While his passing was quick, his life was not, he touched the lives of everyone around him and always with a smile. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Memorial service at St. Matthew's Espiscopal Church, Monday, October 15, 2012 at 1PM with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Matthew's Espicopal Church or the Diocese of Northern California Young Adult Ministry.
