 Billie Casebolt passed away on November 8, 2012, surrounded by her loving family at Sutter Roseville Hospital. Billie was born (and preceded in death by) Audrey and Howard Shatswell in Fallsville, Arkansas on April 10, 1932. She is survived by her two sisters; Betty Reyna and Kathy Hulegaard. Billie was married at 21 to the late Jack Jenkins and together they raised four children; Cynthia, Gary, Jeff and Julie. In 1979 Billie married Leonard "Casey" Casebolt and for 33 years they shared their love of music, family and laughter. This union added five more children into their blended family: Tim, Debbie, Randy, Cynthia and Kevin. Billie's beautiful voice was a blessing to all. When she sang her true spirit and joy shined through. Ultimately, Billie became a professional vocalist in her 40's, making her dreams come true; with her husband Casey, singing in the Len Casey Combo and Big Band from California to Washington until retiring in 2010. Billie is survived by nine children; 19 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She is a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, great-aunt, mother-in-law and friend. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Center for Spiritual Awareness 1275 Starboard Drive, West Sacramento, CA 95691.
