CRANDAL, Ruth B.

In 1976 they moved to Bountiful, Utah where they lived until they moved to Longmont in 2009.
Ruth met Bob during World War II working at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah. After they moved to Sacramento and started their family, Ruth became a great homemaker and mother. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints her entire life. She served in many church positions throughout her life. She was a very talented woman who was proficient at sewing, cooking, baking. She was a wonderful artist and painted lovely landscapes. She made beautiful clay sculptures, crocheted blankets and scarves, many of which were donated to people in need. She had a great love of her grandchildren and nothing would please her more than to be with them. She especially loved taking them shopping or making them her famous burritos. Ruth had an infectious smile and always made everyone feel welcome and loved. She loved her friends in Bountiful and had a great time going to lunch, a church function or just hanging out at the house. Her friends at the Regent all loved Ruth, she was known for her great smile and giving hugs and kisses to everyone. She will be missed by all who knew her.
