Joanne, so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. I just found out on a reunion website. It has been a long time since we have seen one another, but I have fond memories of sharing time together when our children were just babies. Will always remember our Pinocchle games together. Hope you are doing well. Phil was a good man and a fine co-worker and friend. Best to you and your family. Barbara Puntillo

Only God knows the number of steps we will take as we traverse this earthly life.
We are all but strangers here on this side of the curtain of Life - Heaven is our true home.
On behalf of the members and officers of the United States JCI Senate, we extend our heartfelt condolences on your loss.
No words can truly ease the pain nor can they fill the void of your loss. Only God's hand can offer that healing.
Know that your Senate Family prays for you and your family. We offer our shoulder and arms for comfort. We share your loss.

I met Phil in 1976 through the Sacramento Jaycees. We participated in the Japanese Student Exchange program and there are fond memories of the events the Sacramento Jaycees hosted/planned. The Sacramento Jaycees were suit and tie guys so my best recollection of Phil and his brother-in-law Ray was their professional appearance and quiet humor.

JoAnn and Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. We spent a lot of time with you and Phil during our years in the Sacramento Jaycee Organization. I have fond memories of those times. I'm sure Bob will welcome Phil with open arms along with those Sacramento Jaycees who have gone before. Please accept my sincere condolences during this difficult time.

JoAnn and family:
My thoughts and prayers are with you. I will remember how at the clinic we would talk about the movie Summer of 42 whenever I bring up his date of birth. I'm glad to have known Phillip during his treatment. It was always a pleasure to be his nurse whenever he comes in. He is in God's embrace now.

My condolences to the family. Although I did not know Phillip personally I did meet him on two occasions as I had the great pleasure of knowing his mom Mary as a volunteer at ACS for many years. She spoke often of him and his love of trains. If he was anything like his mom he was a truly wonderful person as she meant a lot to me. I enjoyed our chats about stories of her children and how proud she was of them as well as her grandchildren. May your memories help you get through this difficult time.

Dear JoAnn & family,
We cannot begin to express how sorry we are for your tremendous loss. We so enjoyed our lunch last fall with everyone and will remember the wonderful time we shared with Phil. It was so special that he could be there knowing that he certainly was not that well. However, he put forth the effort, and we will have those memories. You can be so thankful that all of you will have so many memorable times to share in the days, weeks and months ahead. Even though we cannot be present in person, we shall certainly be with you in spirit.
We love you all!
