'Jeff' to those who knew him, he passed away in his sleep Jan. 19, 2013. Jeff is proceeded in death by his mother Joyce Gracia. He is survived by his daughters, Katrina Mickelson and Lara Mitchell; grand- children, Alexis, Alexandria, Jamelia, Marky and Nirvona; sister Jenise and many more family and friends. Wake will be held at The New Covenant Church of the Nazarene, 7128 Florin Perkins Rd., Sacto., CA. 95828 on Sat., Feb. 23 at 2pm. Food will follow services.
