Age 79, passed away at her home in Elk Grove on Nov. 6, 2012. She is survived by her husband of fifty-six years, Ernesto Sr. They have five children, Ernesto Jr., Cecelia, Dennis, Sandra, and Robert, with eleven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Connie retired as a Government Contract Specialist and was devoted to her Catholic faith. She was a member of the church choir, Couples for Christ, a Eucharistic Minister, and participated in many functions in the communities she has lived. Both employed by the Government, Connie and her husband, Ernie, travelled the world extensively and have worked and resided in many areas domestically and overseas. Connie has an abundance of friends and family members that will miss her loving nature as well as her hospitality and great home cooking. Viewing and Rosary will be held on Friday, Nov. 9th at Herberger's Funeral Chapel, 9101 Elk Grove Blvd. in Elk Grove from Noon to 8 PM. Funeral service and Mass will be held at St. Paul's Catholic Church at 10 AM, on Saturday, Nov. 10th. Family and friends are invited to attend.
