Age 79, born Klarika Erzebet Szomolay in Budapest, Hungary on June 28th, 1933. Passed unexpectantly after a brief, but grave illnes on Nov 28th at Mercy General hospital in Sacramento. Growing up in wartime Europe(WW2)went to school and subsequently nursing school in Hungary. Not wanting to be under Communist rule after the Iron Curtain fell, she took refuge in Ankara, Turkey in 1957. Soon After starting her nursing career, she would meet, then marry an American Military man(USAF), Stanley Wayne Giles. They would have 2 sons: Stanley John in 1958, and Steven Wayne in 1961. She continued raising her family and helping people through her nursing practice, in various locations in the US and the World, and then the US when my dad retired.Her compassion and caring toward others are what made her a great nurse(RN). Her family always came first. She loved gardening, cooking, and in her younger days, dancing, the kind of person who would strike up conversations with strangers. She had a caring and compassion toward animals. At her request, no service will be held. Klara is surivived by son's Stanley and Steven and her 2 brothers, Ambrus & Tibor and their extend family in Hungary. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA in her name. You were a great Mom and I love you more than life itself and hope to see you in the afterlife when my time comes-your son Stanley
