Susan was a native of Sacramento and worked for the State of California before she retired after 38 years of service. Along with her love of reading, Susan loved doting on her three grandchildren and her cat Rascal. Susan was preceded in death by her parents, George and Adeline Lemley, and is survived by her sister, Georgeann Bradley; daughter, Jamie Chally; son-in-law, Bill Chally; and grandchildren, Jason, Claire and Emma Chally.
A visitation will take place on Friday, December 7th from 4-7 p.m. at Nicoletti, Culjis & Herberger Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, CA; (916) 451-7284. Interment will be at Westlawn-Hillcrest in Omaha, NE.
