Consuelo Icarangal Cartright, known to many as Connie, passed away on December 22, 2012 at age 65. She was born August 14, 1947 in the Philippines and resided in Sacramento, California since 1985. Viewing is on December 28, 2012 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Memorial Services at 3:00 PM and at 6:00 PM at East Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento, CA 95841. Private cremation will be done at a later date.
