Ray died Sept. 4, 2013 at Sutter Roseville Hospital. He was 59. Ray is survived by is wife of 36 yrs., Josephine Castro, along with 3 children Yvonne Gramling (Chris), the late Pete Castro (Lupe), and Ray Castro III (Emily) from a previous marriage. He was born to Ray Castro Sr. and the late Frieda Castro. He was also survived by 6 grandchildren Mikey, Alex, Angel, Alina, Jesse & Anjelica, 3 brothers, George Castro, Tony Castro, the late Benny Dominguez, mother-in-law Elma Lopez, many nieces, nephews & family members. He was born and raised in Roseville, CA., graduated from Roseville H.S., and served our county in the U.S. Navy. We would like to say a special 'Thank You' to Linda 'Nina' Lopez, for all her help and support; without her I don't know what we would have done. To honor his life and pay respects, you may visit Ray on Sept. 11, 2013 at Lambert Funeral Home, 400 Douglas Blvd., Roseville, CA; viewing 9:30-11AM; rosary 11AM and burial immediately following at Roseville Cemetery, 421 Berry St., Roseville, CA. Our beloved husband, Papa & son will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
