DUARTE, Gloria Veiga
aka ''Momma Gloria''
Born in Lincoln, Calif. 7-28-20. Passed away 11-27-07 at the age of 87. Preceded in death by the love of her life, husband for 56 years Joseph Alves Duarte, daughter Ramonda Duarte and son-in-law, Andy Hasko. Survived by daughter Joeal Hasko, grandchildren AJ Hasko, Brenda Hasko, Joseph Hasko, Russ Hagon, great grandchildren Michael, Kevin, Jimmy and Katie Hasko. Also survived by loving family and friends. Gloria worked for the California Fruit Exchange in Newcastle, Calif. for 25 years as a floor lady and on off seasons she worked for Valley Seed Nursery in Sacramento. She loved being a housewife, mother, cooking, flowers, antiques, her Portuguese heritage, and again her loving family and friends. Mom's final weeks in life were made easier thanks to all the support of many employees at Mercy Hospice and her caregiver, Maata Vainikolo. Services will be held on Monday, Dec. 3rd, 10am, at Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento, Calif. Flowers are welcome for service, or, donations can be made to Mercy Hospice, 3400 Data Dr., Rancho Cordova, Calif. 95670. Mom, I truly will miss you, however, know your wishes have been granted to be with Daddy Joe and Ramonda. Love you all.
