Kinsley Catherine Fields
KANNAPOLIS - Infant Kinsley Catherine Fields passed away Monday, Feb. 18, 2013 at CMC Northeast Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 18, 2013 to Tony and Sara Carroll Fields. Kinsley will be remembered as a special little gift from God.
Kinsley was preceded in death by her sister, Mallory Grace Fields and her maternal grandparents, Danny and Raychel Carroll.
Survivors include her parents; two brothers, Brayden Fields and Preston Fields; paternal grandparents, Ricky and Vickie Fields of Salisbury; maternal great-grandparents, Dr. Charles F. and Mrs. Marilyn Carroll of Concord; aunts, Kimberly Carroll Page (Nick) of Kannapolis, and Sheryee Fields of Salisbury; uncle, Brett Fields (Ashley) of Kannapolis; cousins, Turner, McKenzie, Spencer, and Cooper Page, Emmalee, Cheyanne, and Liberty Hill and Breylan Fields.
Service: Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb., 23, 2013 at Whitley's Funeral Home Annex Chapel with Pastor Tom Whidden and Rev. Joel Ervin officiating. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 11:30-1 p.m. prior to the service at the chapel. At other times the family will be at the home of Nick and Kimberly Page in Kannapolis. Whitley's Funeral Home is serving the Fields family.
