Tabatha R. Blackwell

SALISBURY - Tabatha Renee' Blackwell, 42, of Salisbury, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012, at Rowan Regional Medical Center.

Tabatha was a daughter of Lonnie David Gardner of Greensboro and Sylvia Poole of Rockwell and attended East Rowan High School. She had worked at the Waffle House as a waitress for 15 years. She loved being with her children and family.

In addition to her parents, survivors include son Briar Blackwell of the home; daughters Krystal Blalock of Salisbury and Kayla Blackwell of the home; three grandchildren, Heaven Blackwell, Noah Miller and Serenidy Miller; brothers Michael David Gardner of Rockwell, Jamie Eric Gardner of Salisbury; and stepbrother Jeremy Wade Bracken of Colorado.

Service: Memorial Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Powles Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Sy Ponds, pastor of Providence Baptist Church.
