Eve Arrowood-Brooks

SALISBURY - Eve Rebecca Moore Arrowood-Brooks, 56, of 604 Brookfield Circle, died Monday, June 30, 2008, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast, Concord.

Born April 30, 1952, in Washington, D.C., she was a daughter of the late Hillman Rabinowich and Ruth Alice Arrowood Rabinowich. She had been employed as a nursing assistant.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sons Jason and Harry Arrowood.

Surviving are her husband, Lee Brooks III of Salisbury; sons Scott Arrowood of Baltimore, Md., Noble Rollison of High Point, Joseph Arrowood of Lexington and Hillman Arrowood and Charlie Brooks, both of Salisbury; daughter Jennifer Brooks of Lexington; brother Daniel Moore of Grafton, N.H.; and seven grandchildren.

Visitation was held 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, July 1 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord.

Graveside Service: 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 2 at the U.S. National Cemetery in Salisbury with the Rev. Chris Nelson officiating.
