Frank was one of the first people I met when I was moved to NRHS. He "took" care of me. I will never forget all the funny jokes and talks we had esp. "Puss in boots". I will miss you. God bless and may all who loved you find comfort in the coming days.

I will miss Frank. He was always upbeat, upfront, and funny at the same time. We had some very amusing times at NRHS together.
God Bless You!
