SALISBURY - Mildred Marie Jones Everhart, 66, of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, passed Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at Tucker Hospice House, Kannapolis.
Born Jan. 1, 1946, in Iredell County, she was the daughter of the late Willie Lee Jones and Margaret Cochrane Jones. She was a graduate of Morningside High School, Statesville.
Mrs. Everhart retired from Rowan Regional Hospital and had also sat with people.
She is survived by her husband, John W. Everhart of the home; daughters Deborah Louise Anthony and Tina Louise Clark Howard, both of Statesville, Angela Beatrice Derr of Kannapolis; four grandchildren; three half sisters; one half brother; four aunts; and a host nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation: 12 Noon Thursday at A.R. Kelsey Memorial Chapel of Noble and Kelsey Funeral Home, Inc.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Thursday at A.R. Kelsey Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Clarence Marlin officiating.
